Qaleen Reviews

Qaleen has turned into my top choice for high-quality rugs. The shopping experience feels almost like having a personal shopper. I bought my first rug around a year back, and the tricky part was finding another Bokhara that would go well with one I already had. Yasir was super quick to respond and really knew his stuff, helping me find the perfect match. This year, I grabbed two more rugs, one of which Yasir found for me after I asked him to. He consistently goes above and beyond, keeping in touch daily and shipping things out fast. The whole experience has been fantastic in terms of both the products and the service. Honestly, five stars just doesn’t cut it!

I’m really pleased with the item and the entire purchasing experience. They’re lightning fast, thorough in their updates, and the carpet was just as described. If you’re hesitating - don’t! These folks know what they’re doing!

This is honestly the best rug I've ever gotten. People always mention it when they enter the room. I'm definitely getting another one!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new green Bokhara rug and the whole experience I had with Qaleen. The rug is stunning and really well crafted. Having a few pricey Persian carpets, I tend to be a bit choosy. The quality of this rug is top-notch, and the price was just fantastic!

I had a specific rug in mind and after a lot of searching, I found exactly what I wanted on the Qaleen site. I was a bit worried about buying from a seller I didn’t know, so I decided to give customer service a ring on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised to chat with Yasir, who really impressed me with his quick responses and expertise. He kept in touch the whole way through the ordering and delivery process to make sure I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Qaleen for anyone who’s a discerning and careful rug shopper!

I had my eye on a certain style, size, and color of rug, and I stumbled upon it on the site. There was a reasonable hold-up due to the pandemic, but they kept me in the loop, and my rug has finally arrived. It's just right, exactly what I was after. Awesome service!

Top-notch service! I purchased a Ziegler multicolored carpet from Afghanistan. What a stunning rug! Mr. Butt was super helpful and managed to get it shipped to the far-off place of Yellowknife in Canada within just a week of my order. Kudos to them!

A few days back, I picked up a Pakistani rug from Qaleen. I gotta say, I'm really pleased with the quality and the materials used. Plus, the delivery was super fast. Definitely recommend it!

I recently snagged a dark-grey Ziegler rug during their Fall Warehouse sale, and I’m really into their rugs. They offer a fantastic and one-of-a-kind variety. My experience has been great, and I’d totally suggest this company to others.
